Because of these challenging times and our concern for the safety of all our guests, we have made changes to how we operate. The first thing you need to know, to minimize the number of people in our home, we are only booking the Champagne Suite and for a minimum stay of 2 days.
You're probably aware of all the recommended precautions being taken. Coming into our home we require that you wear a face covering at all times except when in your suite, out on the decks or when dining. If you don't have one, we'll be happy to provide you one.
Upon your arrival we'll be screening you for symptoms and doing a non-contact temperature check. Those exhibiting symptoms prior to arrival are asked to postpone their trip and we'll work with you to find a return date or provide a full refund of you deposit.
These are really crazy times and we ask all our guests to be responsible and understand that we have the safety of all at heart.

Reservations will be confirmed via Email upon receipt of your deposit ($100) which can be made below via PayPal (click the button 'Link To PayPal' below) You will need a PayPal account to use PayPal and enter my above email address. Via PayPal we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. PayPal accounts are free and very easy to create and use.
Venmo is another option. Use Michael-Kin as the ID.
You can also pay via check. Please make checks payable to Michael Kin. Credit card deposits can also be made over the phone.
You can make your reservation deposit AFTER you have confirmed with us the date(s) of your visit (fill out the form below).
REFUND POLICY: Your deposit (minus $25) will be refunded if you contact the Malibu Bella Vista within one week of your arrival date. There is no deposit refund on reservations that are made more than 2 months in advance and then cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival. Also, there is no deposit refund for no-shows or cancellations made on the booked arrival date.
