The
Bella Vista, a relaxing California bed and breakfast, is located in Malibu Canyon, just 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean
and just up the coast from Los Angeles.
We are nestled on the side of the Santa Monica Mountains with gorgeous views,
thus the name Bella Vista. The B&B rooms are part of our beautiful ranch-style
home surrounded by our vineyard. The Champagne Suite has a king size bed, wood burning fireplace, air
conditioning, cable TV/VCR/DVD, phone, dial-up internet access and an adjoining private bath. Children are always
welcome and some pets. We have a fun loving yellow lab, Sunny, that
always enjoys company!
We also have a second unit called the Burgundy Room which has a queen size bed, TV/VCR, phone, and a beautiful new private bath adjacent to the room. Lotsa marble and travertine.
Both rooms have cable Television (Direct-TV) and hi-speed wireless internet access.

Room Rates
Our daily rate* is $145 for the Champagne Suite and $105 for the Burgundy Room per night. This includes a full breakfast each morning. Reduced rates for extended stays are available. There is an additional $20 charge for a 1-night stay on a weekend or holiday. Reservations will be confirmed via e-mail, phone, fax or mail upon receipt of your deposit ($100). Please make your check payable to Michael Kin. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards.
REFUND POLICY: Your deposit (minus $25) will be refunded if you contact the Bella Vista within one (1) week of your arrival date.

Check-in time is not before 3 p.m. and checkout time is at noon. A full breakfast is served between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. each day. Fruit, fresh baked scones, cinnamon-raisin waffles or breakfast crepes are some of Michael’s favorites. Depending on the day of the week and/or other bookings, we can be flexible on times.
We are minutes away from Malibu Beach which has some great restaurants, theaters, beaches and bike trails. Along the coast there are plenty of places to shop and dine. There are hiking trails adjacent to our property.
